Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated directly through FedEx or UPS. Your rate is based upon the distance from our shipping location to your address, taking into account the weight and dimensions of the product(s) shipped. We offer free ground shipping on all orders $250+ (within the continental US).

Returns Policy

Unopened products sold through DailyBenefit.com may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the purchase date - no exceptions!

Please call 212-989-9828 x4 for authorization to initiate the exchange or return process. After your exchange or return is approved, your item must be received by us within 2 weeks of the approval date. 

Items must be returned unopened in new condition and contain all original materials including your receipt of purchase. You may physically bring the items to our location, or ship.
