How to Use:
✔ Use checkboxes and quantity fields to stay organized
✔ Follow these weekly guidelines:

  • 5–6 types, total of 21 servings of vegetables (raw, salad, or cooked)
  • 3–4 types, total of 7 servings of raw veggies or fruits for snacks
  • 3–4 types, total of 7 servings of proteins (animal- or plant-based)

Serving Size Examples (per 1 serving) :

🥬 Vegetables: 1 cup leafy greens, or ½ cup cooked veggies
🥕 Raw Veggies/Fruits for Snacks: 1 medium fruit, or 1 cup berries, or 2 large carrots
🍗 Proteins: 4-6 oz chicken/fish, or ½ cup beans, or ½ block tofu
